Financial Advice & Planning

Our Patient Access Services team can guide and advise you on the health insurance programs available and their eligibility and document requirements.

At Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, we partner with insurance companies offering coverage for your healthcare. As mandated by the Department of Health (DOH), all insured patients must present a valid insurance card(s) prior to the service. In the event that your insurance plan requires you to pay an out-of-pocket expense, a Financial Counselor can assist you with clarifying the amount due.

If you do not have any form of health insurance or your provider is not one of our health insurance partners, our Financial Counselors will be happy to provide you with an estimated cost for your requested service/treatment at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

Please bear in mind the following:

  • The estimated cost may vary from the total actual charges incurred, due to your individual medical condition, final diagnosis and recommended treatment ordered by your physician
  • Full payment of the estimated cost of services will be requested at the point of registration or admission
  • If the payment you submit is more than your final bill or actual charges, you will be refunded the difference once all charges have been processed
  • If the estimated cost of service is less than your final bill or actual charges, you will be requested to cover any incurred balance(s)
