18Dr. Ahmed Sherif, MD, is a Staff Physician in the Imaging Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Sherif was a radiologist at Tampa General Hospital, Florida, US, and Ass. Professor of Radiology at the University of South Florida.
Dr. Sherif received his medical degree from Ain Shams University, Egypt. He is fellowship trained in Cardiothoracic and Abdominal imaging.
Dr. Sherif is one of the few members of the radiology society who holds five well-recognized Radiology Board Certifications from North America, Europe, and Arab Board of Medical Specialization. His academic and professional background honed his ability to contribute constructively as a reviewer for multiple medical journals and as a presenter in numerous international scientific conferences and meetings.
Currently, Dr. Sherif resides in Abu Dhabi, with his wife and two children. When he's not working at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Sherif enjoys spending time with family, playing soccer, travelling, and working out at the gym.
