Dr. Jenan Ghaith

Dr. Jenan Ghaith, MD, is a Staff Physician in the Digestive Disease Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Jenan is an active member of many North American, European and Asian Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Societies. 
During her tenure, she performed a spectrum of endoscopic procedures including the latest innovative endoscopic techniques for pancreaticobiliary disease, gastric outlet obstruction, endoscopic drainage of the gallbladder and luminal defect closures.

Dr. Jenan received her medical degree with Honors from the Royal Colleges of Surgeons in Ireland. She completed her Internal Medicine residency in McGill university, Montreal and Gastrointestinal fellowship at University of Toronto, Canada. She then completed an advanced fellowship training in interventional/pancreaticobiliary endoscopy at Cedar Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, US. 

Dr. Jenan is American and Canadian Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology & Hepatology. Her clinical and research interest is in pancreaticobiliary diseases in addition to endoscopic treatment of GERD and obesity. She is also an advocate of women in medicine and a member of several dedicated groups and societies such as Women in Endoscop.
