12Dr. Laith Anani, MD, is a Clinical Associate Physician and Internal Medicine Specialist in the Hospital Medicine Department of the Medical Subspecialties Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.
Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Anani worked at SKMC, Abu Dhabi as a locum physician to help treat complicated COVID19 cases. He also previously worked for the Ministry of Health in Jordan as a part-time physician and examiner for internal medicine residents.
Dr. Anani obtained his medical degree from the Jordan University of Science and Technology in Irbid, Jordan. He completed his residency program in The Specialty Hospital in Amman, Jordan, where he acted as Chief Resident during his residency program.
After completing his residency program, Dr. Anani joined Royal Hospital in Amman, Jordan, where he was Supervisor of the ICU and Head of Resident Doctors, eventually progressing to Assistant Medical Director in addition to his other clinical duties.
Currently, Dr. Anani resides in Abu Dhabi, with his wife and son. When he’s not working at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Laith enjoys learning different languages, reading books and discovering new cultures.
