17Dr. Mohamed Askalany, MD, is an Associate Staff Physician within the Critical Care Department of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Integrated Hospital Care Institute.
Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Askalany was a specialist of critical care in SEHA at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City and Al Ain Hospital. Before moving to the UAE, Dr. Askalany was working as a senior registrar of critical care in King Fahd University Hospital, Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Askalany received his medical degree from Alexandria University, Egypt. He also completed his residency and received a master’s degree in critical care and toxicology at Alexandria University.
Throughout his tenure, Dr. Askalany has specialized in critical care medicine and toxicology.
Currently, Dr. Askalany resides in Abu Dhabi, with his family. When he’s not working at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Askalany enjoys going on fishing trips in the Gulf.
