Dr. Philipp Ronald Sagawe

Dr. Philipp Sagawe, MD, is a Staff Physician within the Anesthesiology Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Philipp worked at Healthpoint Hospital, Abu Dhabi, where he held the posion of Head of Department and was the most senior doctor who commissioned the department for Anesthesia and Intensive Care.

Dr. Philipp obtained his medical degree from the Medical Faculty University of Cologne, Germany and completed his residency at the Institute for Anesthesiology, University of Cologne, Germany. He holds the European Diploma of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care next to the German Board Certificate for Anesthesia.

Dr. Philipp has extensive experience in pediatric anesthesia as well as multi organ transplantation and neurosurgery.
