Dr. Rashmi Kumar

Rashmi Kumar, MD is a Staff Physician in the Primary Care department of the Medical Subspecialties Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.  

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Kumar worked as a Consultant in Family Medicine at Emirates Hospital Day Surgery Clinic, Abu Dhabi. Before this, she was a Consultant in Family Medicine at Kings College London Abu Dhabi branch where she was also the CME lead responsible for organizing in-house medical education sessions for the team. Preceding this, she worked as a Consultant in Family Medicine at the Health Plus Family Health Centre, Abu Dhabi in the capacity of a Consultant in Family Medicine  

Dr. Kumar received her medical degree from Calcutta University in Calcutta, India. She completed her residency at the London Deanery in the United Kingdom.  

She completed her Family Medicine Post-graduate training in London, United Kingdom.  

Dr. Kumar has extensive experience within all domains of Family Medicine. Dr Rashmi sees patients across all age groups and genders  

After completing her Post graduate training in Family Medicine (MRCGP), she went on to procure her Diploma of the Royal Colleges of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (UK), followed by a Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health (UK) and a Diploma in Practical Dermatology (UK). 

Prior to her move to the United Arab Emirates, she was working as a Consultant in Family Medicine in London and bordering areas of Essex in the United Kingdom. 

Dr. KUMAR resides in Abu Dhabi with her husband and daughter.  She enjoys listening to music and reading.
