16Dr. Reda Tolba, MD, is the Department Chair of the Pain Management Department in the Anesthesiology Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.
Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Reda Tolba served as an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Associate Program Director at Wake Forest University Medical Center, North Carolina. He also served as the Founding Program Director of Pain Medicine Fellowship at Ochsner Health System, New Orleans.
Dr. Tolba completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio. He then completed his fellowship in Pain Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio. He is double Board Certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
Dr. Tolba has authored and published numerous studies, articles and book chapters in the field of Pain Medicine. He has gained international recognition as an expert in the field of Pain Medicine, speaking and presenting in national and international conferences and serving in several societies committees such as the American Society of Anesthesiology and the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine.
Dr. Tolba resides in Abu Dhabi with his wife and two children and in his spare time he enjoys playing basketball and football, as well as playing music.
