Dr. Satish Haridasan

Dr. Satish Haridasan, MD, DM, is an Associate Staff Physician within the Medical Subspecialties Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Haridasan was Assistant Professor of Nephrology in Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, Puducherry, India. 

Dr. Haridasan received his Medical Degree from the University of Calicut, India and completed his residency at the same Institution. He was enrolled into a Nephrology Residency (Doctorate of Medicine) in the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, India. 

During his tenure of DM residency and as assistant professor, Dr. Haridasan has overseen more than 500 kidney transplants, been involved in post-transplant care, conducted more than 300 kidney biopsies and has managed dialysis in various modalities.

He was actively involved in different clinical programs including deceased donor transplants and peritoneal dialysis. His research work consists of, but is not restricted to, lupus nephritis, malignant hypertension and renal transplant. 

Currently, Dr. Haridasan resides in Abu Dhabi. When he's not working at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Haridasan enjoys drawing and reading good literature.
