Dr. Scott Carey Barr

Dr. Scott Barr, MD, is a Staff Physician within the Emergency Medicine Department of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Integrated Hospital Care Institute.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Barr was an Attending Physician of Emergency Medicine at Cleveland Clinic, Florida.

Dr. Barr received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Pennsylvania, US and completed his residency at the University of Virginia Medical Center, Virginia, US.

Dr. Barr has received multiple awards for both his patient care and his interactions with colleagues.

Currently, Dr. Barr resides in Abu Dhabi, with his wife and three children. When he’s not working at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Barr enjoys traveling and learning more about different cultures and people from around the world.
