INHALER TECHNIQUE - How to use your Inhaler

Back To Medication, Devices & Supplements

  1. Perform good oral hygiene BEFORE using the inhaler
  2. Sit down & keep your back straight
  3. Shake your inhaler
  4. Exhale deeply, emptying your lungs
  5. Make a good seal around the inhaler with your lips
  6. Press the inhaler slowly & inhale at the same time
  7. Hold your breath for 10 seconds
  8. Breathe normally
  9. Perform good oral hygiene AFTER using the inhaler
