Please note that this channel is for outpatient clinic only. All critical cases referrals are deemed as a priority, however the process to find best possible care might take some time.

Please note, we are unable to accept patients under the age of 14, with the exception of our Eye Institute and Emergency Medicine Institute.

To schedule your appointment, please call our Contact Center between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday. Alternatively you can complete our online form ​& request a callback to confirm your appointment.

Disclaimer: Patients under the age of 14 are only accepted in our Emergency Department and Eye Institute.
