The Quality & Patient Safety Institute’s Patient Safety team works alongside all our caregivers, to educate them on the critical role they play in ensuring patient, visitor, and caregiver safety.
Caregiver participation is vital to reducing risk, and ensuring safety requires complete adherence to the systems in pace that prevent and mitigate these risks. The Patient Safety team also strives for a culture of safety by implementing stringent strategies to reduce medical error.
