Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi Visitation Policy
To ensure safety of our community, the following changes have been made in alignment with the Department of Health to ensure that our patients can continue to receive support from their family and loved ones in a safe environment.
- Regular Hours: Patient visiting hours are from 10:00am – 12:00pm and 5:00pm– 9:00pm for all patient floors.

Requirements for Outpatient Visitors:

Only one visitor can be present with the patient in the examination/consultation room
- Visitors must wear a mask at all times and adhere to all infection control measures

Visitors need to present green status on Al Hosn App.

Requirements for Inpatient Visitors:
- Visitors need to present green status on Al Hosn App
- Two visitors will be allowed per patient, per visitation window
- Overnight personal caregivers are permitted, providing they meet all screening requirements
- Only those over the age of 14 will be allowed to visit

Guidelines for visitors/responsible adults of surgical and procedural patients:

Two visitors will be allowed per surgical patient and must stay in the procedural waiting area
- Access to clinical areas is for patients only, or individual parents of pediatric patients
